A real estate transaction can be a very complicated procedure for those not familiar with the ins
and outs of real estate. Real Estate agents are now available to both sellers and buyers of real
estate to make the process simpler for the public. Traditionally, sellers of homes were the only
ones represented by an agent, so the buyer was typically at a disadvantage. In the last few years,
it has become more and more common for a buyer to be represented by an agent. This allows a buyer to have access to a knowledgeable professional who can help them through the entire process.
What does "Buyer's Agency" cost?
About 99% of the time, having a buyer's agent doesn't cost the buyer anything.
That's right, it's FREE. Buyer's agents are typically paid from the transaction,
with no fee coming from the buyer. However, don't mistake that for the value

Buyer's Agent Services.
As your "Buyer's Agent", I work for you and represent your best interests above
all others, even my own. My job consists of the following:
- Listening. I will listen to your needs regarding your home and your financial situation.
- Planning. I will develop a customized plan to help you find just the right home, at the right price, in the right amount of time.
- The search. I will use all the resources available to me as a real estate agent to find your new home, and I can arrange a private walk thru for any home listed regardless of whom the listing agent might be.
- Preparing an offer. Once we've found the right home, as your agent, I will help you prepare an offer to present to the seller.
- Negotiation. As your agent, I will work to get you the best price and terms possible, with only your best interests in mind.
- Closing. Once the seller accepts your offer, I will walk the deal all the way thru the attorney's office leaving no detail unaccounted.
- Communication. From start to finish, I will stay in touch with you and make sure you are informed of exactly what is happening at every turn.
